[Mol-list] Handbook

Go for it!

 Basically we want to bring the handbook up to date,
there is a lot of outdated material in the handbook.

I personally would like to see it be more consice and
clear rather than chatty as it is now.  

Also a lot of the rules have changed so we need to
make sure they are in it.

Clarifications on when you need to sign a waiver and
stuff like that.

I'd say start working on it and send bits and pieces
out for the rest of us to see and discuss, that way it
will be a group effort and hopefully we'll make sure
it is well written
